I printes out the plans and glued it to the wood and then used a saw and rasp to gat the curves

I used a hand-rasp, hand-file and abrasive paper Every layer is made opf 12mm wood

If the Helmet is FX or TM or Am does not matter to the Kids. They love Troopers and they do not see the small differences. I modded my FX Armor with a lot af work and changed to the TM helmet because i like the TM helmet more than the FX. But this is my opinion. FX was my first armor and i like it. it is a hobby and not more. The most accurate is a RS made from the orginla molds than we have to say only this is allowed !!

When you sell your idea then you give it away and the other person has new ideas and sees the world with other eye so thinghs change. Lucas is strange in my eyes to critic disney. He got a lot of money and gave everything out of his hands. So he has to be quiet.
