Sadly, no. I don't know if you can, other than finding out where they're going to have their booth set up to do the scan. www.cubify.com Offers other "3DME" figures if you send in a photo, but I can't find the TK anyplace else...

Make sure you get the paint off of the snaps on the butt plate for the cod connection as well! -

Heh.. They're never meant to be closed. They only stay at the sides of the window. They're pulled to the center and clipped closed for the pictures only. LoL -

Clarkee, Take a look at my Centurion Submission (posted last night) I had to do exactly what Scott described here. It would save you some money on a new piece of armor. It wasn't difficult really (I'd never used ABS paste before) just a little bit of trial and error on some "extra" ABS parts that I used for a practice run before actually doing it to the armor. If you'd like any tips or have any questions about my recent experience with it, just pm me - I haven't updated my build thread with that work, but will relatively soon. -

A nice thing about this stuff Jane, is that once it arrives, it will then wait for you. Best of luck, hope you're feeling better soonest!! -

Biceps. So there you have it. Notches completed, wrists cleaned up, helmet details (painfully) hand-painted, as discussed in my EIB thread. I also made an adjustment to my chest to ab strapping to lower my chest plate, as it was riding pretty high. I'm pretty sure I have all of the photos there, but if something is needed, let me know. My photographer was an unenthusiastic one, when all of a sudden at 10:45 pm I went.. "Oh, crap... We need to take my Centurion Pictures!" So it is possible that something got missed or isn't quite up to par. Thank you for your review, comments, and consideration.

Thank you, Germain!!! That is MUCH better than what I'd seen before. There are definitely some changes to it. The stock looks particularly interesting to me.

Has anyone been able to get a really good HD capture on the teaser trailer? I'm trying to get a good feel for the blaster, and the trooper in the trailer draws it from the thigh up to the ready position, but I've only seen screen caps of the blaster at the ready. I'd love to see some good shots of the blaster (frame by frame style perhaps) right before and during the draw sequence.

Ugh... I doubt I could get my head into the bucket with those parts in it. Very cool looking kit, but I dont know if I'd find it functional.

Jared, I am EIB since September of last year. I'm not sure about the Centurions being approved without it, but it is a requirement for Centurion Approval. If you'll look at the end of my build thread (linked in my signature) you'll see that I just tonight posted the notch modification to my build as I just got around to redoing all of my strapping and ABS paste work and all that went along with it, last weekend. Yes, the notches are covered by the belt, but they are a requirement. My advice would be to suck it up and put your notches in if you do plan to go for Centurion.

One of the things that I personally noticed both while wearing my armor and especially in pictures of my armor was that my chest plate liked to ride very high and often got stuck on top of my abdominal plate, this also caused the neck of the plate to press against my throat which - even with the neck seal on - wasn't what I'd call "comfortable." So, I set about to fix that. My plan: Lengthen the loops of elastic that hold my armor together with the strapping brackets. The old loops were one inch long (two inches of elastic, looped), and I didn't want to make them too long and have my chest plate sliding all over the place so I opted to start with two inch loops using four inch pieces of elastic, sewn into loops. Nothing exciting really, these are the new two inch loops, sewn together and ready for installation. Fully assembled and ready for wear. While I'm not wearing it, my armor now appears as though it may be coming apart. While I'm wearing it however, the chest plate sits much better. The bottom of the chest plate now sits below the top of the vertical ridge that runs up the center of my abdomen nearly all of the time. If I raise my arm or arms up above my shoulders, it does pull up a little bit but overall, I feel that the longer loops were the ideal, and proper solution to the problem I was having. So that's it for now... All that really is left to do is paint the bucket details on. That's started already, actually. I have rank bars painted on the ears now! One each. Thanks for following along (again) it did feel good to be working on the armor once again!
