  1. Lookin good mark , thats awesome, when are you gana go for elite?
  2. You would just need to derrive a way to put the clasps on the back of the AP TD, I have one of these, but have not yet put the bamking clasps on it becaue it was to narrow for an ROTJ TD...there are other threads on this forum about the AP TD and it assembly, but I do not remember where they are off hand
  3. Well Mike I think you are a little confused about armor as a whole…its not necessarily the movie of the armor, its the make of the armor you choose to do and which one will fit you best such as the TE-2, AP, TM, or the RT Mod, but I believe the TE-2 and the AP are the smallest followed closely by the TM suit, but remember that it doesn't matter if you do ANH, ESB, and or ROTJ if the armor type, and make is wrong for you it won’t look right, I hope you understand what I’m saying here
  4. yes, I still have to put my helmet on sideways
  5. ah, ok, what kind of helmet is it? I took about 1/2" off the neck of my AP helmet
  6. I don't believe I understand this statement
  7. Awesome Jason!
  8. Awesome, just Awesome, great job mate!
  9. sounds like you didn't use wide enough elastic strips to force them to stay put, I have never had any thigh issues I've spent countless amounts of hours in myarmor, and have the thighs velocroed to the ab plate with thick elastic strapping, I can sit in my armor, do push-ups, run, just about everything...I have never had any problem with my armor the way it is, and have never had a reason to do the garter belt thing or set up some over thought strapping harness system
  10. line them up at the top then trim the bottom accordingly its not that hard, i trimed my AP and put it together within 8 days
  11. that sounds like a good call
  12. I was wondering how would you go about concealing the rivet's, I'm guess its FX armor...because I know that FX doesn't come with the extra buttons like other sets such as TM and AP
  13. Looking good there Aaron , just don't forget to conceal the rivets on your belt plate
  14. I feel your pain, just dont get me started on this "toy" topic again
  15. thats true Seth, thanks for pointing that out all the visible SE troopers have the right stripes on their helmets hmmm kind of makes you wonder what was really trying to be conveyed here
  16. well I guess we all can believe what we want too, just try not to read too much into it we probably will never know
  17. Yeah, I don't think it was done on purpose either, you all have to remember that the original star wars was sort of a low budget film
  18. Great job Aaron, I can't wait to see how the rest of your armor turns out
  19. Yeah, who knows, I wish we could get a definative answer
  20. I believe thats the same helmet shot in different scenes
  21. Thanks for the kind words Darlene
  22. This was what Mark told me last time I asked him about it... Bernard, We never ended up doing them as we didn't get enough orders to be cost efficient, but also after many test pulls we realized it takes the same amount of time to produce and the difference in material cost wasn't that much. Mark
  23. Great job brother! the only thing that I can see that I'm sure Scott would point out is your paint on the frown it bleeds a little too much onto the lips for ANH elite, but that can easily be fixed
