very cool, I made a custom pack for myself also.

I was nervous also with the ears. Just take it slow and trim a little at a time, test fit, trim..you get the idea.

Putting it in you td is a bad idea, I have heard of a few troopers dropping or having them taken. If you don't want to lose your stuff your handler can carry it for you also.

In the first shot I don't really like the look of the butt plate, but more angles it might look better.

I have a neck wallet I wear around my neck ( of course) and hide it under my chest plate.

I have a chance at a Rubies Tie fighter helmet for $60.00, I have never seen one in person, what do you guys and gals think?

I bought a bucket that came with the mesh, I just attached it with black electrical tape.

Yes your biceps look overly large, maybe slowly trim where necessary. Then see where the shoulders hang.

Depending on what you want to do, I used acrylic. easily washed if you want to change it. If you use enamel it is permanent. So you have to make sure that is what you want it to look like. My profile pic shows my bucket, it used to have one orange stripe, and with hot water I washed it off and made 2 black highlights on my bucket.

the bucket I use in my profile pic I bought a few years ago. My question is does anybody know who made fibreglass helmets as mine is very heavy and I do need to use the screw on method to get it on. Just trying to get some history on it as the person I bought it from just bought it to re-sell ( I got it for a good price).
