I still have a lot of friends still in the Army living in Fayetteville and I'd like to go down to visit sometime maybe in the Spring. Maybe I can coincide it with a troop down there too?

The only reason why I recommended the way MEPD does it is because you have one base and then the higher levels, which would have to be a new version of Centurion or whatever you want to call it, is based on a particular on screen character. Like Clint said, there are a lot of variations with the vest alone. You'll see on MEPD that there are several version of just a white pauldron sergeant trooper alone for example. Interesting and exciting times ahead of us!

It finally came!!! TD-82573 reporting for duty!!! I chose 82573 because I served 8 years with the 82nd Airborne Division, 5th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry regiment. Something that I will cherish for the rest of my life and to honor my brothers who didn't make it back home from 1st deployment in 2006-2007.

I think the best approach is do like the sandtroopers do. Have the one for basic and then do levels for the individual type of trooper. Works out pretty well for SWAT

It was cool that they talked about the stormtroopers a bit and said they were plucked as babies/children AND that there were also clones. I wonder if just Fin is a FN designated trooper or are all the FO stormtroopers FN.

While this won't keep you from getting accepted, If you want to go the extra mile, put that large cover strip flush with the edges and bond it with strips on the inside and erase the seem with ABS baste. That way you can do the 20mm cover strip on top. Glad to see you are back at work on the armor again!
