  1. I can confirm that your boots won't hold back your EIB. If you wish to proceed with your EIB application, I need to see complete kitted up pics of you in your armour again with all of the mods completed. I can confirm that based on your first front pic, your application does not appear to be of an EIB standard. We are here to help you improve your look at get to a higher standard. Good luck trooper.
  2. I was referring to the Blue Button colour on your AB buttons, not the white plastic covers on your Main Ammo belt. The blue buttons look like like a very dark midnight blue. They should be lighter and similar to the helmet tube stripes blue. If you have modified your blaster, drop boxes and adusted your shoulder bells, can I see the straight on pictures please? Have you tried to do anything about your handplates? Can I also see a close up of your boots please?
  3. Your pictures are not showing in this EIB application. I have not seen your tube stripes pictures, but if they were the wrong way round, they would indeed be a show stopper
  4. Hi Glen, I am happy to give you my thoughts and say that this would have cleared as a centurion app, even though you already have a centurion award. Your boots shoudl technically look worn, whereas they look brand new in this application. Congrats for all of the nice accessories that go with your costume.
  5. Hi there guys. The DO is back and trooping this weekend. I'm scheduled to review a load of applications this Monday 23rd Sept, but if I can get a sneeky peeky in before that I will. I'm currently on a 3G phone only.
  6. A couple of observations have been noticed. Shoulder bells not sitting correctly, too large a gap. Are the bicep straps there? Front AB belt button colours Drop boxes appear to be suspended from too long a length. Your hand plates appear to be too large for your hands in one of your pics. Can you attend to some or all of the above modifications please?
  7. Yes the red lines are good. If you used e6000 it's easy to get under it and prise it off. You can also get a scalpel blade under it to cut the glue. You can also put the chest plate in the freezer. The glue will be easier to pull apart once it's cold. Take your time.
  8. Hi Guys I believe that you have been requesting me to pass an opinion on these boots I would definately clear them for Basic Approval Most likely for EIB No for Centurion It is not my job to seek alternate boot manufacturers from around the world and suggest which ones to buy. We have to take each boot shape and style as they come. We all have eyes and know what the expectations are compared to screen captures and library pics Good luck troopers
  9. Centurion Application checked 10th Spetember 2013 No further update found
  10. EIB approved I would like to see those ribbed shoulder straps attended too though,
  11. Very nice application, as expected from you. I can't officially grant you another EIB or downgrade you from Centurion to Expert Infantryman but I can change your applcaition title to reflect this as being your second EIB Congrats Trooper
  12. Status of EIB application checked 10th September 2013 No update found
  13. Much better. I will review your application in the Morning. Now that your pics are clearer I Can see too much excess plastic to your ribbed shoulder bridges, however ... You may be able to scrape an EIB pass with them.
  14. It needs some work, some trimming, Some adjustments, And some parts putting on correctly such as your biceps. You can get there Good luck
  15. The "outside" pics of your crotch rivets are the missing ones. Then you are there!
  16. Can you pop up your crotch rivet pictures please to complete your centurion application?
  17. You don't appear to be missing anything. Your perfect application brings a tear to my eye Lovely thread. Great detailed pics. Nice fit. Nice screen used attention to detail. Easy EIB pass
  18. What about this TK? It appears to be made from paper plates
  19. I've given this applciation a fresh review today. Overall, your build looks good The side shims as they are are not Centaurion clearable, especially the way that the left hand side looks in the most recent pictures. The hand plates appear too large for these hands, or have not been fixed down properly. They will need attending to. Can you find a way to stop your chest plate strapping from being so obviously on show? Your holster length needs addressing Your application will still need all of the required Centurion standard required pictures for detail.
  20. Hi Katrin I am going to clear this for EIB now. This last picture shows the symetrical hanging drop boxes that I wanted to see. Congratulations. You need to attend to your visible hair at which is showing at the rear of your helmet. It is not normal to see either a male or female troopers hair.
