Indeed, Rob and I encountered the length differences between the deac. Sterlings/MR Blaster and various fan made blasters - the MR/Sterling being a bit longer than some fan made ones - this being because of the end part of the blaster. The MR blaster has a steel rail, my Sterling has a bronze rail and have seen people using aluminum or plastic too. The best way would be to go to a hardware shop and get some metal after you measure up your own blaster, or at least ask someone to make it for your exact blaster dimensions.

I always thought the Master Replicas version of the E-11 blaster had a long magazine. On the old MR website and also on the COA of the MR Stormtrooper blaster it says: "...The original 32 round magazine for the submachine gun was shortened to hold three rounds. While many different resin stunt Stormtrooper blasters were used during filming, Master Replicas has recreated the metal hero version based upon the blank-firing submachine gun as used in A New Hope... " ------

Great job on the blaster! Looks good! BTW did anyone attach their Hengstlers simply by gluing them to the scope and the barrel like the originals were?

I like the RS Prop Masters helmets as wonky as they are since this is how they were in SW. Idealize them and you have a less accurate replica. I simply love it as it is!
