Sorry to get off topic, but if I'm not comfortable with the HIPS' durability, is there something that can be done about it? Like, reinforcing it with e6000 coated with fabric or perhaps resin?
just a small tip, you'd improve your look MUCH more with an RT mod chest, or an ATA. if your chest is big or tall, an RT mod will look super nice on ye
I've heard MR blasters look good, but they're super heavy. For the price of them, like marv said you can buy a real one and mod it so it can be a e-11.
Excelente, Luis! Esa herramienta que usaste se ve util... he tratado de sacar rivets de muchas maneras y siempre termino dañando el plastico
Lookin good!
I haven't seen the RT-Mod back plate.. but I'd definitely get it as it's supposed to be more accurate than the AM. The AM backplate's O II is HUGE compared to my ATA back plate.. so I'd say get them both!
I'm doing the exact same thing but with my armor. I never clean it, hoping that someday it'll take life on its own so I can hug it and it troop for me so I can take pictures!
Well, TM is one of the most accurates, you can't beat it! I can't speak for TE2, but I have an ATA lid and it's super nice and accurate. Details aren't as sharp as they are on a TM, but it's a good alternative too and affordable
I'm not really sure about the pack's requirements... You'll have to check out with the MEPD detachment, or any pack expert that's in FISD. Try asking Quartermaster, he's the one that built my pack.
Yup, I will definitely glue this sucker up. It was a PITA to put on the helmet and later put on the rubber afterwards... where do you get this CA glue? eBay? Home Depot?
