Any tips on changing it back? I hate the new look of Myebay page... I almost lost an order becouse of it, I cant find anything! This thing is horrid! I dont see the Optout button.

This is where I am lost. Why? Does not the story go you Borrow the mold from TE? Why cast it? For me this is where the story gets thin. I could go look up the countless threads on the subject, answer that question myself but I am not in the mood really. It is what it is, but come on, how many copies are there? We all believe what we will. At the end of the day a Lid from Gino and TE and TE2 are great. We all love them. I enjoy my collection I have built here. 4 TK lids to me span the history of the fanmades right here at the house. Minus the Gino, I have now seen the whole TE line. Gino, you have an awesome Storm Trooper display. One of the best ever. Ryan, you have a great looking Trooping lid. Plunk that thing on your noggin and go make some kids happy. Rock on.

I am soon to do a Vid on the current CAP and the TE2. They look nothing alike.

Man I love this pic... Gets a ton of use! CAP, TE2, AP, TM Ill rate these as of ease of on and off... I have a 7 1/4 Head ---------- The AP is the smallest of the four. You can even tell in the shot its small. To make it fit my noggin I will have to cut out a little of the undercut. The TM is second in that the Undercut I left pretty deep. That is all in my build though. The CAP is next Then the TE2. The TE2 is the best on and off lid. Fits the best. 4510 put it together. Beats out the CAP by a little bit though. Both are pretty easy to twist off. The TE2 Looks great on an FX. See... ---------- All screen accurate Lids are twist off, and are smaller. Thats the binnie. I don't mount anything in my lids, but a fan will fit just fine in all of them. I had the MRCE, did not really like it. Its ok. Now Kevs ANHV2 is an option as well. Right smack in the middle of the FX and the Screen lids. I loved mine, kinda wish I hadn't sold it.

All Right... My turn. First off, T you are right. Spot on advice. The military is what you make it. 10% effort will make you better than 80% of all your "peers". NAVY Why? (And I am a fleet sailor.) 3 hots and a cot. Thats enough right there, but really... You will learn just as much as you would in the Air Force and you will advance. From the guys I know in the AF the Advancement is pretty dismal right now. Dude, I have been to 15 Countrys in less than 6 years. Yep. Tons of underway. Thats the Navy. Remember Seabees are in Afganistan, Spec Ops are all over. I say Avaition and stay away from goof ball rates like PR, AG and YN. Go for a skill job, Electronics, Computers, Welding... AT, AM, AME, and AS. I am an MR. Love it. BUT... Steer clear of Engineering if you can. I would go Airdale. Really. I am soon to be going back. I cant believe I miss it so much. Hey, the reserve is offering up 15G's bonus for teh right jobs as well... Cost you 6 but hey... Weekend warrior for at least 2 years non deployable. You have a degree? Get a Stateroom and a Salute. I have a real scope that i plan on molding. It is just one gen off from the screen used. No real noticeable difference. As soon as it arrives its on. I will be offering up Scopes and Counters as a package deal for great prices on the FISD. Stay Tuned... Basically cost of resin.

I am a little lost... Could have siliconed the master, made a mother for support and then plaster filled to a direct copy. The plaster molds look far to "off". If you are trying to make a vac mold, then all the details need to be ultra sharp. Sorry for the negative... Just being real. Keep trying, thats what it is all about man.
