  1. That's a good idea! Those however are size 11, and I wear a size 9. But if they indeed had been originals I'd bought them anyway. But since they are not I'll pass.
  2. Yeah, I was looking for that number, figuring that was the key to everything, but the pictures I found were from the wrong angle to reveal the inside text. But then I overlooked the differences in the elastic anyway.
  3. That is one sweet wallpaper! But why the low resolution?
  4. I'm not desperately trying to find any, I just noted that Pauls pictures in the first post were back up, and casually googled a little. And you're right, they are "Jones"! These particular ones aren't my size anyway. I was just curious what it was I just stumbled over.
  5. I'm thinking these come very close to the originals. They are not Loakes, and they are made in England. What do you guys think?
  6. Ah. I guess I forget I'm one of the younger ones on this board Also, thanks! Like many others I started by looking at your builds at flickr, Pete. No you can't! Thanks a lot, Terry!
  7. A lot of comments about my hair, is it really that weird?
  8. Thanks everybody! I could add another picture showing the two+one snaps connecting jockstrap if requested.
  9. Yeah, I'm very aware of that. It had just fallen down in front when the pictures were taken. Just as my neckseal sits a bit funny and my gloves had slipped down a bit. But all that would be better watched out for before next troop. Good eye for spotting it though!
  10. Right, so here's my EIB application. Many big thanks to everyone here, and special thanks to those offering such great services to put this fine armour together. 11. Just got my TK-ID. I'm TK-2959 http://501st.com/members/displaymemberdetails.php?userID=12503 Requesting status and forum access. Thanks!
  12. Wow. I'm soo sorry to hear that Rolf! But you're doing the right thing, and I'm with you 100%. Take care Bro!
  13. Your biceps-pieces are splitting as you move. You might want to reinforce those with either better velcro, or glue them together.
  14. Congrats on finding your size! Now you can have one pair for your trooping, and one pair for your mannequin!
  15. Any way to find pictures of that? And thanks. It's a great kit!
  16. Thanks! Yeah, I might do that, but I don't know if I got time to do it. But I too have thought of it, since I redid the thighs. Or.... I could do more pushups! I think I just wore my waist-belt that keeps the thighs up a bit too high. But if that doesn't fix it, there's not too much trouble making new straps to hold the thighs up. I do think though that since I'm not very tall, I might have like one inch to spare before the thighs are so low they will keep me from walking by tangling with the shins. Here's another side pic:
