  1. I wouldn't worry about it. No one will know unless you point it out to them. The boots are the last thing people look at when they see you.
  2. I'm really not going to ask you to show me the inside of the bells. But you need to have the right look, and how you achieve this is up to you. Foam padding or otherwise.
  3. Since you have Karin helping you, I'm sure you'll be just fine.
  4. Both of them look a little small to me, but I've just taken a short glance at it. Either way, you have a fantastic helmet.
  5. Woohoo You have done an amazing job on this Manuel, and hopefully helped out a lot of future troopers.
  6. Beautiful helmet Daniel! You might want to tell Fabien that his rear trap decals are slightly too small though.
  7. Yeah I've seen that before. I think it was used to keep the holster from moving around while they had their blasters holstered. It's the only scene you seen the holster being used.
  8. I sit down quite a lot in my armour. Still works just fine a year later since last time I replied to this thread. I'm in the center with the maroon beret.
  9. Just a way to make more money from people who can't paint it themselves I guess.
  10. Why does anyone want an eFX helmet anyway? They are inaccurate and expensive.
  11. I'm just good at remembering things I've read. But thanks.
  12. Adam Savage always makes me happy. Such a cool guy.
  13. Don't take it too seriously. The video (and this thread) is over 4 years old. A lot of things have changed with armour and best practice assembly since. Everyone dresses differently as well. Just take your time once you have finished your kit and you'll learn what works best for you.
  14. Yes, there's a pinned thread about it here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=9655
  15. Compared to original boots there's lots of small errors, but he's not claiming them to be accurate. TKboots are good, but not super accurate either. For trooping, and even EIB+Centurion I don't see a problem with using these boots since there is no super accurate alternative on the market aside from finding a pair of the original boots. But that's not expected from anyone. ----------
  16. It's the image URL inside of a tag, like: (img)image url(/img) Just replace ( ) with [ ] since I can't write the real tag without the forum trying to insert an image that isn't here. Or click the little photo icon next to the icon that looks like "<>" and paste the image url in the popup screen.
  17. Not bad. With some white paint they will work just fine.
  18. Sorry to be a pain in the butt, but please make sure that the pictures are rotated properly before re-submitting. Also, those hovi tips don't cut it. So make sure to replace them.
  19. Looking good! Is it too much to ask for a new set of suited up pictures to help gauge the overall look with these new improvements?
  20. That's fine with me.
  21. I'm with you 100% on this Paul. I'm really hoping to use the centurion program as leverage to force some changes into the less accurate kits. It's worked before, and it should work again. Only making changes once a year makes sense. Complaining about a moving target does too, but I'm not agreeing with it. There's a simple solution for that which is to go above and beyond existing requirements. That way you're safe from future changes as well.
  22. If you paste the -code then you can have the images shown directly here in the post.
  23. That's what I thought you meant Damian
  24. If they are doing an ANH or ESB trooper and aren't going with RS, then yes.
