  1. Will do.
  2. You shouldn't need any straps at all to keep the shins in place.
  3. Why do you have straps in front of your knees?
  4. I moved this to the off topic section. It's not really suited in the tips and how-to section.
  5. No not really. Look at vintage 4x20 or 4x15 scopes on ebay and you should spot one pretty quickly.
  6. This should help: ------------
  7. Sounds like the customs needed your parts for spares... Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
  8. Famous last words!
  9. As mentioned, the belt is a bit too wide, but you're fine for EIB. Approved! You have to post up a proper action photo for our EIB page though.
  10. I've seen those Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

  12. Like I said earlier, it's not my call on that matter anymore. I'm fine with okey'ing the cap rivet method as long as it's done properly. The LMO is the one who makes the call now though, but he's AWOL. Billy: Thanks!
  13. Nice pictures Billy. Mind if we make your post an official tutorial?
  14. Like most things there is a compromise between price and quality. You can't have both low price and good quality. ATA is close, but shipping from the US will make it a bit more expensive.
  15. I changed the login-name to match the username as well.
  16. Here you go http://www.whitearmor.net/eib/certificates/6280-centurion.png
  17. Rob was kind enough to share his CNC files and other plans he used in this wonderful build for others to benefit from. So they are now hosted on the FISD server right here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/article-resources/PDFs_and_edwg.zip (also linked in 1st post). Big kudos to Rob!
  18. If you're looking for something different than your AP / ATA then there's little point in getting T/MC (sorry Tray!). The differences are not big enough to warrant the costs. Better to save your pennies and get TM or RS at a later date.
  19. There are some pictures of the original boots in our gallery. I suggest you compare with those.
  20. Maybe your trooping culture is different, but I've never needed to carry such things with me at a troop. There are handlers or locked dressing rooms for that. And I recommend doing some actual trooping before starting any grand engineering schemes becuase in 99% of the cases people over-think their situation.
  21. Because the regular suit isn't noisy enough for you?
  22. The m19 scope was also used in ANH. And there is no proof of any coloured wires in the movie. The closest thing is a rare promo picture. The few frames you see wires are non-coiled black wires.
  23. They work, and but it shouldn't be hard to find better.
