    The way my suit is, it is really easy to take the calves off. Its hard to explain but you just kind of squeeze them and they come off. Its really simple. Also i wouldnt cut the cod piece. I did that on my first suit and i always worried about how it would be when i was trooping.

    I troop my 1.5. Its flexible and more accurate. The 2mm i heard is good for abusive troops and super shiny. Both are really good. You would win with either decision

    I used e6000. It works well. If you dont like it. You can take it apart as well. I too did not have any issues using it with snaps.

    I dont have any "realistic" armor. I liked the phase 2 movie armor but never went that route. And thanks everyone for the compliments!

    Hahaha. But in all seriousness. Id trim a little off from the neck area(the faceplate and cap). Then go from there. I think almost everyone here has to twist the helmet to put it on. Thats how they did it for the originals anyways.

    Yeah. I had to paint it initially krylon semi gloss white. Then add the yellow and then the grey to weather. I used bondo on my other grunt but i wanted to try the putty this time around. Either way, you would have to paint it because the armor is shiny abs. The cartoon is matte finished.
