HOWTO: Make a Mouse droid

Tyler, you've got to post a video of your MSE-6 when you are finished!! -
If I think of any other games that are free, I'll post them.

Also a Yoda mimicking contest too! You can call the game "Who's the Master of Yoda" Everbody in the contest would get up and say a few lines in their best Yoda voice. Here are some examples of Yoda quotes: "No! Try not. Do, or do not. There is no try." Awww, cannot get your ship out...eh-heheheh!" "Mudhole? Slimy? My home this is!" No! No different! Only different in your mind. You must unlearn what you have learned." "Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size do you?" "And well you should not! For my ally is the Force. And a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. The Force surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you. Here, between you, me, the tree, the rock...everywhere! Even between the land and the ship." You can put lines like these that Yoda spoke up on a poster board and let each contestant read the lines and let the audience judge who is the best Yoda voice/impression..

Sounds like a great event. I would try a Star Wars trivia contest. Who can do the best Wookie roar contest. If somebody has the Star Wars Trivial Pursuit DVD Game that you can borrow. Maybe if you have a way to link up to the internet with the plasma TV's there are tons of games on StarWars .com A Jabba The Hutt eating contest, with some maybe not so appealing foods, such as raw oysters, frog legs, or maybe some green colored hot wings

Your Nova suit has inspired me to go black and gold. So look for it........... -
Some of the helmet you might want to look at are TE2, ATA, AP and TM for screen accuracy. But do stay away from the FX helmet. The MRCE us kinda of expensive now, for what you get.

VT Helmet Build[*VT]
RogueTrooper replied to Discharged_Mindriot's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
About the lid being sightly wonked, don't worry so much about that, the original screen used lids were very much wonked... As for the lip/rim problem, my suggestion is, if you have any of the material left over that you trimmed off that is big enough to use as a patch, then you can use it for this fix. If you don't have any material left that you can use, then get a "FOR SALE" sign from the hardware store and use it to extend the lip/rim. First take the "FOR SALE" sign and trace both sides of the short part of the rim/lip. now you have the right curve to match the short area of the rim. Now cut a strip ( about 30mm wide by however long the section that is short/missing) you will need two of these strips, one for each side. Put glue on the edges of the strip and clamp half to the inside of the rim that is too short/missing. Repeat the same for the other side of the short lip/rim. The strip will give you a backing edge and support for you to extend the rim. Let glue cure..... Now take the part of the sign that you traced both sides of the rim and cut them out and glue and clamp them to the backing strip . After the glue has cured, then you can do any finishing trim work. The neck trim should cover the patch areas. -
Let's look at this logically. The thing that you have to consider about this is, you don't even have to look at the helmet to know that it is not an original screen used helmet. If it was it wouldn't be sold on Ebay at a starting bid of £2,200. It would be sold through a reputable prop/auction company like Christies or the Prop Store of London. It would have a letter of authenticity. That is not to say that Ebay has not had true movie props go up for auction on their site. But, they normally have a letter of authenticity and you have to pre-register to be able to bid on it, so they know that you are legitimate and have the money to back it up. So. my advice to you is "buyer beware". If any one believes that is a real screen used helmet, then send them my way, I 've got some prime water front property on dagobah........(swamp land) Mudhole....slimy.... My home this is......
