  1. Since the WTF mic tip is so bad, I did a lot of research and found what I believe is the most accurate to the real part of there! https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/accurate-prop-wars-star-stormtrooper-hovi-mix-pa2-aerators-stormtrooper-communic?srsltid=AfmBOop4lmJvgqg2KN03Ow5vMSVygrFl4nW-5ZhlsfIQ9mmZb0Rmj6EQ I printed the base without the barbs so it's flat and put a machine screw in to secure it to the helmet. In hindsight I should have just screwed the base to the helmet and spun on the tip, but I "overthunk" it and applied epoxy to attach the screw permanently to the base. I also bought UKswraith correct mesh screen and formed it by pushing it through a hole of the correct size with a socket. 3. Not yet. I got busy with some other costumes, but will be back in the TK this year. It always bothered me that my thigh armor didn't meet all the way up with the cod section so I'm actually cutting weight right now to get them to slide higher. Then I'll be making all the applications. It's been a process. =-( I'm still here though, still trooping.

  5. If I recall correctly, the denuo novo FOTK will come with a connection at the shoulder of the yoke. There is no seam allowed here, so it would need to be modified to be approved. As with Glen though, I have not seen a ready to wear kit. There could also be other areas that would need to be fixed. my advice on which kit to go with is pick the one that means more to you. You may accumulate more kits down the road but your first will always be the most special. being a member of both spec ops and FISD, both detachment are full of great people who will be very helpful along your journey.
