Thanks for the quick response Glen! Defos right about the traps, I did recess them but not enough. The gap above the ear is just from the ear being a seperate parts at the moment and I had scaled the ear and didnt close it back up. The ear will be a seperate part for assembly so will be a seam there but not as big as that, good catch though Ill close it up. Check your DMs I sent a link to the file.

Are you talking about the lower return edge underneath? You can probably make it a continuous curve and even it up, but I think it looks pretty good in your pictures.
