  1. https://www.kollerauktionen.ch/en/353540-0018-1211-STORMTROOPER-HELM-1211_537397.html From the auction listing: Lot 4040* - A211 Out of This World - Tuesday, 03. December 2024, 05.00 PM STORMTROOPER HELMET ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’, 2016 Lucasfilm, USA Vinyl 30.5 × 28 × 33 cm Provenance: - Directly from a crew member - US private collection - Swiss private collection Presented here is screen-worn Stormtrooper helmet from ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’. Production-made and featured in the film, this iconic helmet was crafted from cast white vinyl, taking its cues from the original Star Wars ‘A New Hope’ from 1977. ‘Star Wars: Rogue One’ is a thrilling stand-alone film set in the Star Wars universe, bridging the gap between the prequel trilogy and the original ‘A New Hope’. The movie follows a group of unlikely heroes, led by Jyn Erso, who embark on a daring mission to steal the plans for the Empire’s superweapon, the Death Star. Unlike other films in the saga, ‘Rogue One’ explores the gritty reality of war, showcasing the sacrifices made by ordinary people for the greater good. With its stunning visuals, memorable characters, and high-stakes storyline, ‘Rogue One’ delivers a powerful tale of hope and rebellion. The interior features foam padding for comfort, along with a black webbing strap to secure the helmet during filming. This helmet is a direct link to the fearsome soldiers of the Empire, prominently seen throughout ‘Rogue One’, especially aboard Darth Vader’s dreaded Death Star. This is an extraordinary opportunity for collectors and fans alike to own a genuine piece of cinema history. The helmet exhibits minor production wear but is in very good to fine condition. We have thoroughly verified the authenticity of this Rogue One Stormtrooper helmet by consulting with three highly respected collectors in the field. Interested parties will be provided with detailed information from these experts. Additionally, the interior padding, soft materials used for wearer protection, and a specific sticker are all consistent with other known authentic examples.

  2. Thanks for that, Mario! - I had already started fixing up those print lines on the E-11. NEARLY finished! I hadn't picked up the one on the end cap - good spotting! I'll fix that now. The vocoder just recently got a fresh coat of pain, as it had a few chips/scratches from trooping. Definitely all the one correct shade of black. That's just the reflection of my coffee table making it look two-tone. Here's a pic Thanks again!

  4. Thank you!!! So happy and proud joining the ranks of EI ? I will have a look at the vocoder and blaster and have those fixed perfectly before Cenurion. Can’t do much about the height of my helmet though, long neck an zero padding at the top so won’t go further down than this. But now on to the celebration of this step and onwards to the next! ? Big thanks to the D.O staff! And also my garrison buddy @Nairy for help, support and encouragement when getting stuck! Troopers helping troopers ?

  6. Hi Daniel, and thank you for your EIB application! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of Expert Infantry. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor, and please keep in mind that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. Congratulations Daniel! Amazing armor, we can see that all the details have been taken care of. Just a couple of suggestions to make you look definitely stunning. -The helmet is a little high. Maybe you can remove some of the padding inside to lower it a bit. Reference Images -The CRL states "Ideally, placement of ears (and screws) should closely follow the rear angle of the trap above them". Your left side is perfect. The right side could be improved a bit, but since it doesn't make the helmet look "ugly", we leave it as we always do in these cases, as a suggestion. Reference Images Centurion Requirements: In this section we prepare you for our highest tier of approval. Because Centurion photos must show more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Level 3 might be seen there and not here and additional photos may be required. We try to point out all that we can from what we are able to clearly see, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. A couple of fixes here and you're ready to go. -The vocoder is almost perfect, but maybe you can define the lines a little more to make it look perfect. Reference Images -L3. The blaster may have minor weathering or base metal exposure however, T-tracks and grips shall be of a black plastic appearance with no silver/metallic weathering allowed. A little black paint and 5 minutes will do the trick. Reference Images And that's all Daniel. Congratulations! Don't forget to request your certificate HERE

  7. Nice to meet you. I gave up many times, thought many times, and worried many times, but I bought ANOVOS armor with new hope in my heart, but it didn't arrive even after more than three years across the Pacific Ocean. The company changed, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, and two more years later, in 2024, the "Denuo novo FOTK TLJ" arrived. I am currently aiming to join the 501st Japan branch, and I will start assembling this armor from now on. Of course, I still don't have enough necessary parts and information. I would like to aim to complete it with the enthusiasm and advice of the many seniors gathered here. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

  12. Hi Chris, We're almost ready to place that EIB badge under your name Trooper. I'll need you to do a final effort to complete this stage: 1- Vocoder paint check. Checking with the team, we're not sure if this is a lighting effect, but it looks like your vocoder has a different shade of paint. It looks shiny in the upper section and flat in the lower section. Could you please check it out and let us know? Reference Images 2- CRL L2: 3-D printed blasters can not contain visible print lines, and must be sanded smooth for a more realistic appearance. There are some minimal but visible 3d printing lines that you will need to refine according to the CRL and the team noted a groove in the end cap that shouldn't be there , this could be solved by filling that gap , sand and paint. Reference Images Thanks you again for your effort and patience.

  14. I'm a big fan of the TK-Talkie, but am unsure of their current production lead times. It does everything an iComm does, but can do chatter loops and multiple character profiles as well. Definitely worth a look and I recommend it as an alternative. The only downside is that it does require external 5V/1A power via micro-USB, but it isn't a big deal. Here's a pic of my setup with an Aker 1506 and wireless mic, positioned so I can still reach their power buttons from the sides of my chest armor. Hope that helps!

  16. You could add elastic across the front so they can still open/close. On the rear something similar to standard TK's perhaps
