  2. Hello please provide access. I'm leaving the 501st community and want to give my armor to a loving home. I was told this was OK by a mod.
  3. Ok thank you. does a post mean a thread reply or a new thread? I'm not having luck on the UK forum. Im like this close to dumping this armor.
  4. Today
  5. Okay, I've put in the 6 split rivets, and the "Han snap" And I'm starting the strapping. I'll go back to the holster after I get some clarification from the DOs. So, here are some updates. I still need to do some trimming of the cod, but I feel like on the right path. I followed @justjoseph63 and @wingnut65 pictures and suggestion for the 1" and 2" nylon instead of building snap plates this time, we'll see how it goes. I have to order some more 24 Line snaps as I'm just about out and the double snaps will eat them up. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

  7. Okay, time to talk belt build. I'm taking a break from my wife's R1TK to get back to my EIB AHN Stunt build. Question about the Billgram for the belt. The measurement for bottom of the belt to holster reads 1" (2.5), but it doesn't show where you measure. It how much strap is showing, or is it from the bottom of the belt to the bottom of the holster strap? Sent from my SM-N981U1 using Tapatalk

  10. Hello Angie. We need the link to your approved armor, and we also need to know if we can post a photo of your application on our social media. Added to the process line
  11. Here are the blaster photos. I thought they were in the first batch, but I fixed it now.
  12. A few threads on stained armor: Personally I've used compound polish on some stained areas and they have polished up nicely, had to use some ultra fine wet sandpaper for one stubborn area, then compound and polish. For yellowing on armor I used the Retr0bright home made formular, worked great

  14. My long standing AP ANH Stunt TK Thigh piece is showing signs of . . . oranging . . . and I was seeking some advice about the best way to rectify this. As you can see from the photo, there seems to be a strip of orange consistent with the colour of armour polish used over the years. I am not sure if this was the result of a strap lying over it for a long time while it was in my TK armour box. There is a very small amount of the same orange starting to show through on the other side of the thigh piece and its not in a straight line like the photo shows. Are there known techniques for removing these kinds of stains or am I looking at the prospect of having to apply a coat of paint to the ABS ? I've filed this topic in this particular area as its a general armour question but please don't hesitate to let me know if its better filed elsewhere.

  17. I would suggest having a look back through the EI checklist again You will also need photos of your blaster: Blaster Details 31. ___ Left side 32. ___ Right side 33. ___ Rear showing D-ring
  18. Sorry about that! Had so many pictures and I had to figure out how to get them over! Hopefully, that's everything, but let me know!
  19. Got one to print correctly! So now I have a complete FDM-printed helmet and now, I have a new Resin-printed helmet to assemble and finish as well. Sent from my SM-N981U1 using Tapatalk

  21. [16] 5/102024 Kick Back Club Recreation Night for teens with special needs held at the Park Del La Cruz Rec Center in San Diego. As part of the Imperial Sands Garrison troop that included the other clubs, Star Wars characters were requested for a themed "hang-out". Call time was 4:30 pm and from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, we participated in games, trivia, and craft-making with the teens. Good memories were made along with a few great photos. Definitely a feel-good troop!
