(like the Jedi, good trooper's make at least one set of beskar on their own) but to buy that snazzy hand blaster or very cherry DLT is what we Mando just luv! So welcome, but...ahhh, next time, please, a full body glove in the pic's, you got this pack of drooling nerf's too steamed for patrol for the next week! I ran around, got my hair done, then armored up and went with Darth Vader to a local car/bike cruise. I thought I had a good shot at the costume contest, but the guy in the foam Iron Man jumped on his $20K tricked out custom crotch rocket painted in iron man scheme, and he won I could not compete with that! My armor did OK, I wish I could work it a little more snug. I think I need a heat gun now, or the help of my local outpost guys! I did meet a few tonight, they were treked up! neglected to take any pics of them! The general public LOVED the look. We popped down to Waikiki for a bit, no cover because of my great costume Quote

Awesome fotos The sparkles are the latest form of midriff armor! Impervious to all blaster shots! The sparkles scatter the energy! Going to do a few tweaks on the kit today, and have more fun tonight! Have a full schedule! There is a fair on the military base, and some friends want me to stop there, then on to Waikiki for the festivities! I need to get a little more sleep though, woke up too early today! Femtrooper Julie[501st] Posted October 31, 2009 Author Report Posted October 31, 2009 Based on my experience last night, I trimmed alot more on the thighs and forearms:) I am MUCH more flexible now. My inner thighs were also banging all night. I lined the outer side of the thighs with foam, and they are snug and fitted outboard now. I have to work today, but I am in armor all day Having fun! At least I have internet at work! Quote
