T K[501st] Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 Basically anything that hugs you body and has no visible logos. Quote

justjoseph63[Staff] Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 The choice of an undersuit styles is up to the individual Trooper, but I prefer the 2 piece style myself. Occasionally on a troop you will hear the "call of nature", and without getting graphic, let's just say that I find it much easier to answer that call if I am wearing a 2 piece suit. Otherwise, it can be a little tricky, and you may have to remove certain pieces of your armor. The one in the link has 2 way zippers, but you may find it next to impossible to reach one of them easily. Amazon sells individual shirts and pants like these: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_1_27?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=men+black+compression+shirt&sprefix=men+black+compression+shirt%2Caps%2C162 and ,https://www.amazon.com/HEAD-Mens-Compression-Black-Medium/dp/B011RTFK84/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1475917244&sr=8-2&keywords=men+black+compression+pants but many times you can find them at sporting goods stores. Like Aaron mentioned, no visible logos, unless they are in an area which will be completely hidden by your armor, (or in some cases you can simply wear them inside out). 1 Quote
kman[TK] Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 Simple Under Armor compression tops and bottoms are very popular around here, although it has gotten harder to find models devoid of contrast stitching the logos. (Those can still work well, but you have to remove, dye or otherwise coverup anything visible) EastBay has some very popular choices that are less expensive then Under Armor, for those on a tighter budget. And of course Amazon has tons of options and varieties of compression gear. And finally, Renaissance Dancewear has an excellent one piece jumpsuit if that's your preference. http://renaissancedancewear.com/stormtrooper.html Personally, I wear Under Armor, although I like the Anovos undergarment mock turtleneck tops (but the dye leakage proved more than I could stand), so I just picked up one of these from DrSkin to try out. Seems well made, but I haven't trooped in it yet. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RMI80DM/ Quote
justjoseph63[Staff] Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 Excellent point, Kalani. I have heard from several folks recently that the Anovos under suits have left black/dark blue marks on their armor. Make sure that the material is 100% man-made. Quote

I wonder if you washed and dried it a couple times before wearing if it would still bleed? Quote
CrookKnight[TK] Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 As many do, I use a 2 piece under armour suit. Bought it at Dicks Sporting Goods. Quote
kman[TK] Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I wonder if you washed and dried it a couple times before wearing if it would still bleed? Reports have people washing it 10+ times and they still leach dye out. I gave up on mine, which was a shame because I really liked it. 2 Quote
