My E11 Sterling interpretation

I think this is my first own thread on the fisd...ok....i'm dirty and i love the Bapty version of the E11 (i already built 2 of them).

 

...but i think this is a really nice blaster, too:-)

This is an original sterling with an original scope and an original hengstler. I didn't painted the sterling because i love

the original taste of the colors. I just painted the scope rail (real steal), the central fuses and the hengstler (a little bit). I think i touched the

selfpainted colors with the original near 90%.



Here are the build and the results.....

 

After the hint of my friends, i painted the hengstler counter...of course in the same style as the blaster is.

Ooooh i love it !! You did well by not painting it, colors are wonderful, especially if you're a dirty trooper. And i love the texture you've created on the scope rail, makes it look like it's a part of the original Sterling!

 

Must weight heavy though ?

Great build!  I, too, love the coloring on it. 

 

Yeah, it does seem a little heavy for trooping though.  I get sick of holding up a Hyperfirm, hahaha.

Alright, my "sterling interpretations" are finished.

 

the first sequenz is my Bapty 2.0 (both Bapties are doopydoos kits. just the counters are original)
