I let my TK sit in a bin for about 3 years now. I would like wear it again with legion approval. From what I read it's my understanding approval requirements have changed. I take it my FX bucket won't make the cut anymore.

My question is what new helmets are out there that would work with my FX armor? Will FX armor be approved with a new helmet? I plan on replacing the FX armor but in the meantime what helmet would work with new armor and FX armor?

Any information and contacts/links would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Actually you *can* still get approved with an FX helmet on paper. Your GML and garrison mates may rib the heck out of you for it, but it's possible. From the next down the FX kits needs minimal mods for 501st acceptance - figure $50 and an afternoon of work at most and you've even got EI. For $50 more an another afternoon, you can go Centurion.

ATA, AP, TM and RS make nice, accurate helmets, in order of price and accuracy.

I have the latter three myself, the RS being the sharpest, most accurate and expensive one.

You bet, I modified my FX, and built an ATA helmet along with some other modifications and I was approved Centurion.

Don't get me wrong, it took a bit of work but nothing too major.

I just built two ATA BAS lids on commission ... they look great. That's what I would go with if I was in the market. Just my two cents.

The MTK Bucket - From TrooperBay makes a great match to the FX Armor.

One of my squad mates used it, and I've followed suit and just received the bucket to go with my AM Armor.
