  2. One of the tables used for the messaging system crashed, and needs to be repaired. As soon as it get fixed, we'll have the messaging system back. But it need to be repaired by the support staff at the hosting company, as it's a delicate thing. We'll keep you updated.
  3. Yes. I'll wait for it. Congrats Teri!
  4. Primary green. It's usually #139 or #91, depending on brand. Cheers.
  5. Awesome build, Teri! You look great in your armor. I'll wait for your EIB application soon.
  6. The wires will depend on the version you're trying to emulate: http://www.partsofsw.com/e11guide.htm
  7. Have you tried logging in from the Imperial Hub? http://passport.imperialhub.com/
  8. Maybe it's due to material shrinkage. You should ask Tony or DL about it. You mean TE2 is smaller than AP, as scaled down?
  9. Thanks all of you for your kind words! I love this community and I'm really glad to be part of it. Rich: Hope to see you again soon mate!
  10. Perfect! Really nice piture, and really nice armor. Thanks!
  11. When you hover over the topics on a forum, you can see on the right that there's an icon missing: http://forum.whitearmor.net/public/style_images/FISD2010/topicpreview.png Example: It's the icon for Topic preview. Here you have the one used in other forums: Hope it helps and it can be solved easily. Cheers.

    TE2. HPDBlues on these forums.
  13. This is my 1000th message on this board. One and a half years since I joined the FISD looking for info to build my AP. (May 8th, 2009) I finally joined the 501st on March 25th of 2010. And got my EIB on June 5th. I became part of the Imperial Propaganda Machine as a Combat Photographer on April 3dr, 2010 (the day my son was celebrating his 6th birthday.) Since I'm part of this, my garrison went from 1 to 6 EIBs. And I took part in 12 missions already. I met a lot of new people during this journey. My garrison mates, whom I now consider my second family. And a lot of worderful people at this detachment, some of whom are like friends to me, and others I truly admire for their knowledge and dedication to this hobby. I always tried to help as much as I could, and I wanted to repeat that if it's in my hand, I'll try to do my best to help you always. Now, let's go for another 1000. Cheers.

If you don't mind buying from someone who's recasting from one of the nicest guys on the detachment...

AVOID! .60 styrene is thin and fragile for armor you want to troop. .80 or .90 would be ideal, I'd say. Besides, it's a recast of TE2.
  17. Hi Darryl, About picture replacement, I'm considerably behind schedule. I just tried to keep up with the new EIBs, then had two months with lots of mission in my garrison, some rest time, and I'll try to catch up with the delayed work now, as I'm calmed and without too much work at the moment. Also, it looks like I'm mostly the only one doing EIB profile pictures, and I had to do other work for the CRLs (that are mostly finished, thankfully! ) I'll try to keep you guys updated. Thanks for reminding me this. Cheers.
  18. A bit late but... Happy Birthday T!
  19. White Plastidip was recommended to me by R2Dan. But I haven't tried it yet. I guess is a good option.
  20. That's not been my case at all! I just used a cutter to cut the parts, ang glued (see my signature). I used no modeling iron at all. And my armor is EIB. If I'm not mistaken, the T/MC should be very similar in shape to the AP. But Tray may clarify that a bit.
  21. I'm an AP user, and really like my armor. But Tray's a great guy and I trust him, so I think it will be OP's call.
  22. Yes, please! Thanks! I think not all of us are regular rpf visitors.
  23. Gino, have you offered your T-tracks here for the FISD members? Cheers.
  24. So, to sum it up, T/MC is a bit bumpier on the helmet and you don't have to get accurate hovi mics elsewhere.
  25. I was a complete novice, and it took me 5 days to cut my AP and something around 10 days to glue it ANH style. Putting all the snaps took another week. And I took my time to do it, without hurrying it. So it can be done in less time by someone without any experience. And if you use the time you're waiting for your armor to arrive to get the other things you need, you'll be ready in no time. Just plan it and put some time on it. Having the help of someone with experience from your garrison will help a lot and speed up the whole process.
