From seeing your pics, there can be a few adjustments
1. I think your ab plate is sitting to high, but I can't really tell from these pictures. I suggest to put it a little bit lower.
2. Your thighs are sitting to low, they can go a little bit higher.
3. The Drop Boxes have to line up with the plastic part of the belt, you have them way on the sides
4. If you go for EIB, the Holster has to be riveted to the belt
