I have no Idea... it was on the helmet bag and when I took it out, Surprise!!!! , but the material is VERY thin, so anything could have done that.

I also got an email with an offer for replacement, although I must admit I have mixed feelings about it...

Ahhhh!, so that's another fix I have to make, Oh well comes with being one of the first builders I guess... Anovos should give us replacement pieces free of charge... or at least at cost

Most of us "alphas" understood that they required bondo, honest mistake I guess

I might add that other part where the bondo is cracking for a lot of us is at the ab boxes

About the size of the Helmet, here I have my 2 TM's and the TFA looks smaller.

I have built many tk's including the TFA trooper, the classic trooper is way more easy going compared to the Episode VII trooper. I'm not saying the classic trooper is easy, just easier compared to the new one.

For me it was that some of the belt boxes in the ab cracked after using it only 1 day and that the knee gaskets are too short for my legs -

I was in a band in '97-"99, (we never recorded anything) and we wanted cool sounding names at the time, I played (and still do, but not in a band anymore) a 7 strings guitar and also sang so v7sg is short for Vocals & 7 Strings Guitar. Nobody else had it so I kinda stuck with it
