Zsavk, the gray color I'm using it is Humbrol #5,the black color in the helmet is the same for the ears cups as well. I hope this helps. Thanks Joe, It is getting closer. Weathering will be a great plus I think. I would like to add different color tones. I'm not sure yet. I'm currently studing some pics to do that. Here is a black and white shot of my CAP. I have been touching up this helmets lately...more prononced scratches, frown retouched(slightly bigger)and hovi mix more intense weathering. I will post pics later. In the meantime one of the old pics. Cheers A

There is a quick way to fix it using satin if you like the square frown. The ROTJ with SF helmets are painted satin, but if you prefer round frown then is matte I actually did both versions, you can see it here. That is a very nice Armor, hell yes . Big congrats. Regarding the helmet, I would suggest to extend the frown a little futher to the lips and paint it again in black matte, no gloss paint. same thing for the vocorder, then will be dead on. Cheers A
