  1. There are slight differences between the Alien version and the ESB pics.
  2. Well no, because the other party didn't shoot first, because the dead party never got to shoot at all. So the person who "shot first" really just shot.

    Yes.
  4. Umm, technically Greedo never shot in the original cut, so he didn't shoot first. He only got a shot off in the SE.

Yeah, but our teeth are grey or black...

Did I miss a memo? Perhaps a TPS report?

It's not so much as a motto, as it is a description. It's odd, but I'm reading the Bounty Hunter Wars novels, and I ran across this and thought it was kind of cool and appropriate:
  8. I pretty much de-suited once I got on the bus; thighs around my ankles, undid my belt, took off my fore arms, etc. Hell, I fell asleep like that.
  9. Spazz! But back OT, nice bags!
  10. Yeah, I snuck off and did the quickest pee I've ever done in armor. And Scott Will had to pee during the whole thing. In fact, there was a picture in the LA Times of him going into a porto-john after the parade.
  11. Wait, hold up... you've forgotten your helmet when you've gone to troop before?
  12. Not all blasters fit every holster. Some are built differently. Where did your holster come from?
  13. Here's a couple more images that show the SE-14R with ANH armor. I think we could have enough "evidence" to put this up for a vote for approved ANH options.
  14. iPods started off white, Stormtroopers are white. Coincidence? I think not!
  15. It's a spirit the command staff here is very determined to keep. Thanks for the kind words about the FISD!
  16. Don't make me abuse my mod power and do... something. I'm not quite sure what yet, but it'll be horrible I assure you.
  17. I use Zippo lighter fluid for paint scuffs too, but I have to hear the story behind the jelly stains (including what flavor)!
  18. Yes, that's the Hasbro blaster you would need to mod. It's also currently in stores as the "Clone Trooper Rifle." It's the same exact thing. To moddify it, you will need to find a source of parts for the stock, clip, barrel, and whatever else you want to do. Take your time with it, no need to rush. You have like 3 years before you're eligible for 501st membership.
  19. If you want to run around with a 6-7" blaster, go right ahead, that's your business. I don't think you understand what we're trying to tell you here. Quoted from the Master Replicas web page: Simply put, it is way too small. You can get more information here. It's a nice display piece, but it is not suitable for trooping, unless you're about 2 feet tall.
  20. If you're worried about size, you might want to look into the A.N.H.v2: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=673
  21. I believe I have those same flight gloves and they're holding up just fine. Also, FYI: "2. Star Wars Stormtrooper Blaster Scaled Replica------$44.99" is a small version of the Master Replicas blaster, no more than 6 inches long, hence it being "scaled."
  22. I think you're thinking about the "junior troopers" thing that Albin was starting up. They would be children of 501st members who basically get to troop with their parents and given their own "group" to belong to. Again, as per the Legion Charter, to which we fully abide, it is stated, "Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed as listed members of the 501st Legion club. The 501st claims no responsibility for minors at events that are hosted or attended by its members." If you need more information, please see Article II under Membership.
  23. I would probably carry mine as well, but a custom holster would rock.
  24. From the list of things you plan on ordering it looks exactly like the content of the FX kit. If you're considering buying armor piece by piece, you will end up spending nearly double what a hit costs, not to mention you may get parts from different kits and wind up being two difference shades of white. The Master Replicas blaster for trooping is almost useless. It weighs around 20 lbs. (or atleast feels that way). You will tire of holding it and holstering it would be next to impossible. Also, with limited visibility, you'll wind up either knocking a kid out or gut-checking someone with that beast. It's great for display purposes, but that's about it. The CABoots are good boots. Mine made it through a 5.6 mile parade with no blisters, cuts, or rubbing with a pair of cheap $2 insoles. As for the "body glove," you have many options. Many people use a dive skin, which I have no experience with, I personally use Under Armour compression heat gear. You can find various outlets for them online. While you can get the top at most sporting goods stores, the leggings are a bit harder to come by.
