  1. Wow Bernard your armour looks amazing And your first post was like a mini award ceremony too And congrats on being the very first Rotj Elite, you have set the bar my friend, well done
  2. PayPal sent, thanks to everyone at the FISD
  3. Comments deleted.
  4. Hey Sarge nice build up there now go and get some sleep
  5. Hey chef looking good there trooper Look forward to seeing your progress with this.
  6. 'Jarrolds of Norwich' but you should be able to get them from any department store or even a market. These become more popular nearer xmas as stocking fillers so they should be easy to find.
  7. Those little tins of humbrol go further than you may think, i used them on my td
  8. I used the clam shell idea when putting together both forearms and the biceps, i can slip the forearms on just without opening them but usually do a little and there is no way i could get them off with out doing so. The biceps go on and off ok without undoing them but its just incase i build myself up ( like thats going to hapen soon, ive been a salad dodger for most of this year, lol).. I have the glued part at the front and velcro part at the back as not many people really look at you closely from behind. Thats the way i would do it, depending on your size and the kit your working with
  9. Really nice suit Ef well worth the effort and you deserve the elite status
  10. I'll take some also thanks Matt
  11. I just wrap it round and fasten it nice and tight, but you can if you wish put snaps on the inside on the belt and attach to the ab plate, thats how the movie armour was
  12. That was quick you only got the belt this morning mate Just for info with my belts they are designed so that the plastic ammo part should be fitted dead centre so that the velcro at the back overlaps the same each side like it is when you get them. That way they are perfectly centered, and the overlap should be about the same as your td..depending on which td you have, look forward to seeing some pics
  13. Hi Graham you can reach me at [email protected] if my in box is full, cheers mark.

Hey good luck with the website, i look forward to that, i will email you soon
  15. I got those clips from Jarrolds of Norwich but last time i checked for a fellow trooper they nolonger sold them Check out your local department store or market, they are still quite popular, you belt will be in the post at the weekend as thats the only time i can get in there atm
  16. I think Chefhawk has hit the nail on the head on this one, personally i used the Humbrol #5 to match the ab plate buttons, but use whatever is best for you.....
  17. Anything between 11 and 16 would be screen accurate for anh, thats how many i have counted on various lids
  18. Wow Bernard all your hard work is really paying off, well done your armour looks great Now all you need to do is wrap it and box it up and send it off to me
  19. I find the polish that came with the kit works fine or any furniture polish for that matter.... oven cleaner works well on deep scratches that are filled with dirt but it will need polishing afterwards as it turned the abs dull. But im with Nathan and Bernard i dont clean my armour either, i also like the 'used' look of the original costumes
  20. Hey Jay your helmet turned out great Do you have the contact details for these another nice helmet?
  21. I was looking through the old threads on helmets and was wondering what happened to the anh2 lids... http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=502 Has anyone else bought one of these and what are the results, please post your pics
  22. The main part of the TD is just grey, the silver strips are actually the metal clips holding the TD to the belt. The originals had long strips of metal bent around and rivited to the bottom part and then bent to clip over the belt and the end caps and the part with the buttons are plain white.
  23. Hey Curtis i have just been catching up on your progress. You have done a great job with your belt and im glad you are happy with it and that you found my way of puttin git all together helpful, it looks great And i think the way you have finished the ab and back plate is fantastic, it really has a screen used look about it, very nice... your armour is going to be very impressive
