  14. @Dan: I think I just figured out the "secret" behind the return edge. Let me cast up one and you'll see. This would also explain the "rough" edges on some. But again, many thanks for your input. I really appreciate it.

  16. There was no "real" hero hand armor. Both styles of hand guards were worn by stunt and hero troopers
  17. okay..Most of them, Show the right guard, which is a differnt sculpt (Hi John!) See the straight edge in the front, as opposed the curved edge we are familiar with? I agree, the knuckles show there. Here's the promo trooper

  21. But latex is quite hard to cut because of the flex. I found it impossible to cut throug a thickness of 1 mm
  22. I forgot to add: Putting them on the radiator really speeds up curing...
