Esther....The undersuit you've shown is not essential. Some troopers are using their usual undersuit of choice incl. compression wear from UniQlo or Aldi [emoji16]

Before I get in to the actual build I thought I should follow tradition and list the various elements of my kit and the sources involved. So here goes... Armour - Jimmiroquai (v4 armour) Helmet - Anovos Standard Gaskets - FNArmour Soft Pouches - MTK Belt - Belts of the First Order (well, that's me!) Undersuit - Stormtrooper Undersuit Neck Seal - Darman Boots and Gloves - Imperial Boots F-11D Blaster - The Sarlaac Pit SE-44C Officer's Pistol - The Sarlacc Pit In addition I've built my own Mic Amp system and modified the bucket with a USB fan system. I will soon be modding the bucket with an aluminum aerator and acrylic pulled lenses courtesy of VaderPainter Studios. Photos of all the above to follow.

If anyone is still looking for replacement lenses VaderPainter Studios (via Facebook) is producing pulled acrylic lenses that look great.

You're welcome! I'd also recommend PM'ing R2Dan or posting on his thread to confirm 100%. No harm in checking ax all holsters vary.

Have a look back a few pages in this thread. You'll see some pics of the screws in positions. You'll still need to measure against your holster before placement. Great work! I'm looking to replace my aerator with VaderPainter Studios aluminium version. When you popped the Anovos section do you push inward or outward?

That is very true but rest assured there won't be any pics of Jim's kit to mislead buyers. Many of us from the Jimmi Build Group have reported the buyer to eBay.

That kit will be gone soon. It has been reported to eBay. The armour you see in the pic is Jimmiroquai's kit...and it's actually Jim in the pic, in his house!!!! The pic of the armour pieces laid out is Jim's first gen kit and not the result of a 'pep' build.

Look up foam/rubber pipe insulation. It's what I used in mine.
