  1. Do you mean a power bank? If so, where are you installing the power bank - body or helmet?
  2. You might as well get it shipped to someone you know in the US, buy a cheap return ticket, go pick it up and have a holiday in the process. [emoji16]
  3. They don't but there are ways around that [emoji51]
  4. And that neck seal looks fairly screen accurate.
  5. For a lazy AUD3000.00 that's quite a kit! If delivering Sept 2016 I wonder if that means they'll deliver just in time for Episode VII [emoji12] Good to see they've finally been announced.
  6. Here's the official wording around the access they had to the bucket... "From what we've observed, there were actually different sized helmets used in production. Also, as it turns out, the helmets we received directly from production did in fact vary with TWO other screen used helmets, which varied against themselves! Therefore, what we did was use the one we received from production for our run which seemed to have the biggest size accommodation for the helmet. "
  7. Could be based on the info on the Anovos site... "Created from digital scans and unprecedented access to the original prop for deep study"
  8. Nice video [emoji106] Modding this bucket is well worth it. Gives it a weightier feel. Good luck with your build!
  9. G'day from Sydney! Exciting times ahead...enjoy the journey [emoji16]
  10. I've updated with a new link. That particular site is obviously playing nice with LF. Many others are still active. Remember, many Bothans died trying to bring us this Visual Guide
  11. What appear to be early proofs of the ROGUE ONE Official Visual Guide have leaked and there are some VERY cool things to be seen...if you dare! Search the web and you'll find many different images but some of the best are to be found here: http://comicsalliance.com/star-wars-rogue-one-visual-guide-preview/ Enjoy ... or not ... the choice is yours
  12. Shame - a tad too small then. Close but no cigar!
  13. What size are you? I'm based in Sydney and looking to sell a never worn pair of TK Boots. US10 to fit AU/UK Size 9.
  14. Definitely recommend the middle layer. I added it to the belt kit I sell. It gives more thickness and boxes sit better on the armour. It's also considered screen accurate [emoji16] If you don't want to drill the boxes you're pretty much left with sticking/glueing as your best option. I would think magnets or Velcro would provide the best option.
  15. Are you using the three-layer belt or just rubber material? Also, I haven't seen Jim's boxes in person - are they solid blocks?
  16. Apologies and agreed [emoji16] This has spurred me on to get busy and start creating my own thread.
  17. It may not be a problem but it does give extra depth to the belt which means boxes sit out a little further from the armour and, therefore, shouldn't rub so much. Having three layers is also screen accurate based on current knowledge available.
  18. Here are a couple more shots that may help...
  19. Slowly and carefully [emoji16] Just layer up the masking tape and make sure you cover everything!!! On, and don't forget to plug the vents so spray doesn't leak out to the outer bucket.
  20. They fit well and add that little bit of comfort. Also helps deaden the bucket acoustics. I don't mind the liner. Just gives that little extra support.
  21. I also put in some soft pads and put some PVC dust proof computer mesh over the vents. This has reminded me to start a build thread!
  22. Snap!!! Did this a while ago and installed a homemade two fan system using AA battery packs. Just yesterday I finished tinkering with a new improved USB powered three fan system! Waiting on some switches to upgrade further and then I'll install. I'm also building an internal mic system and a hearing system. Lots of fun whilst waiting on the armour [emoji16]
