Daniel...you’re nailing this with the same expertise as your kit. Germain’s blaster is a joy to build. You’ll have great results. When it comes to the ‘chrome’ parts lay down some gloss black first. Thanks Paul. The statements are not incorrect and I have mounting evidence to suggest so. Nowhere have I lambasted staff for being 'unfair'. I have merely questioned the unethical practice at play and stated my case for no longer wishing to be apart of the EIB program. Same as I have in this thread. I'll be honest, it's not my conduct in question here. Whether in other forums, or indeed privately here, I have received nothing but support and encouragement for taking a stand.

Thanks for the comments Paul. I acknowledge your advice to set-up a separate thread in the 501st Only area but believe it will prove futile in the long run. Besides I understand this matter is now expected to be dealt with at a much higher level outside of the FISD.

After I cancelled an item I gave them the 15 working days stated in their terms. I then contacted CS and was told it was "in front of finance" for processing. I said I'd give them the weekend plus one extra day to allow the to do their job. When it didn't arrive on Day 18 I contacted CS and was told that it was still "in front of finance" and no time frame could be given as to when the money would be returned. I then shot off a polite email to [email protected] and received a full refund within 2hrs.
