1. When I get home I'll glue the second side in (did the first just before I left now lol) and post the pictures finally. Then to doing the arms!
2. So I do have photos and I will post them but every time I go to update I find something on my armour I'd rather do lol. I have finished my helmet and I'm working on the dreaded notch repair. Cut it out yesterday and glued in a backer piece and will glue in the replacement abs today then fill tomorrow. The good thing is if you cut it right you can just kind of shift the plastic he already put there slightly out and it'll act as a shim for that space to make it a 22x22 notch
3. Hey everyone just an FYI, I have a 46 inch waist at around my belly button and this new AP suit fits without shimming! I barely trimmed mind you, just enough to take off the rough edge but it worked

Thanks Mark
4. I'm done my TD and helmet, you're behind brother! Lol
5. That's the exact plan now my friend
6. Haha we'really trying to figure out ways to pop out the notch without having to cut up the kidneys and patch bit that's the only choice left
7. I was sitting with my knife looking at it a bit ago and thought "I should wait until he gets back to me" now I can get chopping! Lol
8. I want to go to all 4 if I can, Niagara and hamilton for sure.
9. I was thinking that but I don't want people thinking I'm only in this for free tickets and I know everyone wants to go to fan expo. But that is the fallback date. I also said that and then trimmed all of my arm pieces down lol. Just have to fit them now.
10. One last push in the morning and I'll have a done bucket buddy. I realized I'm enjoying it more if I go slow, might not aim so hard on comicon or do a few steps a day and then haulass a few weeks before lol
11. Yours didn't come with the instructions? Lol
12. Oh yeah Py is trying with the iron, I think I'm just going to it patch myself (out of money for this)
13. The issue with only trimming the kidney would come if that throws the meeting line between the two further back than it should be. Then you're in a worse spot than to start with lol.

I'm sure it'll be there, anyone home to sign for it?
14. It's only a bit off and that seems to be the only issue I've found and it's not even much of a real issue.
15. Also it's awesome you're watching the builds
16. Well you have to think haw many people over that size will buy to start with, small amount in the large amount of your sales, then you have to think of how many of that small amount will aim for centurion, even smaller amount. It makes sense how you put it. This issue will happen again and again but not very often I don't think. The people it'll suck for the most are the slightly larger people, that only needed an extra inch and have to do the fix. at least it's an actual good few inches for me lol It's all good Mark. You did a good job overall and it's appreciated. Although you should think about scaling up the inner drop boxes just a bit
17. Pyrates is trying it that way. If it works I'll go buy one, if not I'll cut and patch.
18. What do you know! Lol

How should we do it Mark? Would the hobby iron work? Is patching with a shim our only option on this one? You're literally the expert (I'm happy you chimed in)
19. Hey Hans, just wanted to add thank you for taking suck detailed pictures. I thought I trimmed to far in a few places yesterday doing my rough trim, I was freaking out a bit but now looking back at yours I'm feeling a WHOLE lot better. you've got yours looking exactly how I want mine. Love the armour you did a really good job.
20. Hey man, a lot of us started yesterday lol. He shipped so much this week. I'm trimming too right now. Starting to sand today.
21. I'm going to try the sand paper first. I think my wife will kill me if I drop any more money into this lol
22. Sly is saying to try a block behind the part I want to pop out and a little heat from a heat gun to make it malleable. I figure I could just sandwich it between a brick and some fabric wrapped wood. I'll test it on scrap to figure out the heat.
23. Yeah I have seen that one. I wish I did have one but I don't. Any other methods? I'm thinking sanding block for the long parts
24. Well that's just never fitting back in there lol I'm finishing trimming tomorrow night and starting to sand. Any tips would be appreciated.
