  1. Welcome Brother, great work! Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk
  2. I have an RS kit, but I think the ears are in any case tricky little things. Take your time and remove just a little bit at a time. You can always remove a bit more l, but adding material is a real pain. Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk
  3. Looking good! Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk
  4. Wow.... Haven't seen that. But I think pouring water over it was the problem. I put the whole shin in the, in my case boiling water for about 20 seconds. While it was in the water it was taped with painters tape. After that I took it out and twisted it gently against the current direction. While cooling it down with lukewarm water in the shower. 5. The easiest way for me was a hot water bath, the hardest part there was to get a pot that was big enough. Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk

  12. TRamp also does full comission installs in an SDS E11. But that comes in at about 500£ plus shipping.
  13. Between chest an arms can only be the under suit itself, the neck seal bib itself is not that wide. Hmmmm... Have to look into this. For the back, it will help, there you are right.
  14. Yep, saw that to late, while uploading the photos, must have happened, while walking down the stairs :-(

  16. Maybe someone with more experience with AP can chime in.
  17. I am not sure how the AP looks underneath, I have an RS Suit, but it should be straight, this is how my left knee cover strip looks:
  18. Should be no problem if you are careful. Here how it should be (minus the rivets):
  19. I just looked through your thread and noticed that the thigh cover strip is to long, they should end before the ridge at the knee.
  20. Thanks for the congratulations. I think I found out, why the sides were set of. It was the fault of the back plate, the shoulder strips are uneven on the RS kit (okay, the question now is, what is even on this kit, or the screen used armour :-) ) I hear bent this part bit around , I think now it will be okay. Unfortunately I did not get to making new pictures last weekend, I hope next one I can do it and submit for centurion.
  21. No, this is no problem for centurion, the internal strapping is up to you. There are a lot of centurions with a snap system for internal strapping. All that is needed is the outer appearance. If you have the movie accurate strapping, this is the countersunk screws, that have heads that are painted white.
  22. I would take of everything that looks like it is flashing from the vacuforming, like this: It's a bit crummy, but the best I could do on my mobile. I hope it gives an idea, what I mean.
