I would love to see someone else's finished bucket, especially paired with armor!

I used a little over a half gallon of Rebound 25 for my mold.

This is the kit! That becomes this bucket!

WTH!!!!! I was spray painting my second bucket and after some minor issues with Rustoleum (along with all of the feedback on the forums), decided to switch to Krylon. I used Krylon Maxx primer and gloss white paint. First issue I noticed, the gloss white actually appeared flat. Then I was attempting to fill some spots I had missed with glazing putty and while spreading it on, this happened! I had let the white cure for well over 24 hours. What did I do wrong? Is this a reaction between the paint and the glazing putty, or did I not wait long enough? I'm so frustrated with this!

Amazing. Did I miss where you state what you used to chrome it with? Looks spot on!

Where did you end up getting the soft pouches? They're perfect!

So any sense of how many tubes of plastic welder you used for this whole project?

Unfortunately, 3DHubs does not allow printing of "weapons". Tried this route, only to be turned down. Bummed about it.

Love this thread! Since I'm also using Imperial Gaskets, I really appreciate the details you're sharing! Out of curiosity, where did you place the seam for the knee covering? Inside or back of leg?

Ha! Let the hips vs abs battle begin! Any recommendation on suppliers?

Looking for advice for the community at large. I plan to vacform my armor. What material should I use (HIPS vs abs, 2mm, ???). Also, does anyone have a suggested source of supply that they've had success with?

It's the bees knees! UPDATE: decided to pursue other routes rather than building my own armor. Still was fun to work on this.

Unfortunately, these will be going back! Didn't notice they are cold weather gear! Won't be much use here in Florida! Does UA not make a Tall version?!?!
