You all sound much busier than me Yesterday went to do some shopping, bought new Star Wars Insider, then went to see Amorphis in concert. Today got some work to finish up before monday, then carrying on with some tweeks to my armour and building my new lid

I just used industrial velcro on mine. Glued one side on the hard hat liner in three places with E6000 and then the other part of the velcro inside the helmet. It now allows me to adjust the liner to where it is comfortable and lets me remove it should I wish too..not sure how it will stand up to trooping as I haven't had a troop YET (first is next weekend)

Those mods would make it look heaps better Warren..hope to see them done soon

Looks great Luis, the only thing I'd say is put some elastic on the chest/back plates to keep them nice and tight..I had mine like yours and changed it and it sits much better now. btw..your FX looks very shiny, have you glossed it?

I have some advice Darren....DON'T DO IT!!!!! Lol, seriously I have done both on mine and I f***ed up the ears by drilling right through them..they just didn't want to budge Take it carefully matey or you will end up like I did. I've seen someone raise the brow by gently filling away whilst the helmet was still in one part, but I had to take mine apart..I didn't really raise it enough as there is a big round mark right underneath the brow. Take it slowly, and good luck..post your progress when you have done it
