I'd have to agree with you on that. It's the thinnest plastic i've ever came across! Measured it yesterday and it's roughly about 0.7mm thickness. I was really excited about getting this, but as soon as i lifted the 1st piece out of the box, my excitement soon turned to disappointment. Im actually scared to wear it in case i break it or put a crease in it!!

If they forget about the height and youngness and reconsider my clearance then i might mate.

Nah, i can't be bothered tryin to gain 501st clearance, i already troop in Ireland anyway so i don't mind

5'8" im ny boots, but unless there's a Jar Jar or an Episode 1 Obi-Wan standin beside me nobody notices or even mentions it

I joined the UKG site a while back and submitted my Qui-Gon Jinn costume for clearance, only to be told im far too short and don't look old enough...so from that day on i have vowed never to be a fully fledged member even if crewing was the route to achieve this status. I was also told that if i was to modify the costume i could apply for Generic Jedi instead!! As if the being short and young wasn't insulting enough, they suggest i spend MORE money to modify sumthing ive had tailored especially as Qui-Gon Jinn and cost in the region of £1400!! Noway!! But hey at least i still get to troop with my home club the Emerald Garrison in Ireland and we have been going from strength to strength over the last few years

guys i have to build 1 of these soon for a mate of mine in my Garrison......how did u all build ur shins, thighs, forearms and biceps?? Did u just overlap and velcro or butt the edges together and glue a strip of ABS over the join like they did the TK's in the original films??

Hey folks, here is a few photo's of my armour that ive just recently finished building. Hope ya like it I know there are a few ab buttons visibly missing in them, but these were taken on my 1st outing in the armour and the buttons kept falling off. They have since been securely fastened back on. C&C's welcome folks

I got one of these for storing my Qui-Gon Jinn in only its red and black.....also got mine from Poundstretcher!!! Wut size did u get for ur TK tho? Im looking to maybe buy a hard case for mine, but unsure about size yet.

Hey folks, ive started assembling my ANH TK armour and have found out that im "a little short for a stormtrooper" lol!! Here is a pic of my progress so far........as you can see my chest piece is a little low and covers my ab buttons. Is there any way of fixing this without having to cut the bottom off as this will do away with the formed ridge. The utility belt has since been attached to FBJ's canvas belt and im waiting on more velcro to go any further
