  1. If your garrisons GML (the person who approves your armor for 501st basic) is familiar with the FOTK (and they should be) they probably won't pass you. TLJ helmet should be worn with TLJ armor. That said, I would consult with them and also get their opinion on the matter.
  2. That's good news
  3. The upper edge offset is normal but you can trim it down if you wish. Movie armor
  4. Copy, you're correct. Depending on your skill level, it would probably still be easier to pick up a TLJ helmet than try and modify any armor sections.
  5. I have the same set up for obvious reasons , you get used to it. Other than that like Frank mentioned maybe installing a hard hat liner will help. What also helped me was to place the larger components as low as possible in the rear and position the lipstick charger in the cheek
  6. You can do it! As for the CRL changes, I think you'll be fine.
  7. Hey Greg you've come to the right place. Just for clarification, are you saying you've received one of the latest Anovos kits and the helmet and body are different versions?
  8. One of the widest. RT-Mod also
  9. Just search for Anovos First Order Stormtrooper Kit Building Group. I'm one of the Admins there. Or were you referring to another group?
  10. From the ANH series only Heavy Weapons Troopers are allowed to have Pauldrons.
  11. Cool, his name here is Sly11
  12. AP, good choice . Also, if you find yourself in need of a cooling system my friend Andrew lives in Australia. He can hook you up from there.
  13. It should however, that completely depends on your helmet type, the size of your head and how much padding you've installed. That said I have 100s of happy customers with a variety of setups.
  14. Well I'm a bit biased but I love mine lol
  15. You don't need to since the belt down so tight that it causes areas to warp, just enough to close the two sections. This armor is so thin you'll get warping is certain areas but it should flex back. The key is for the armor to float on your body so that you're comfortable. Trust me when I say most people wish they had your problem lol
  16. I would start by removing some of the Ab, maybe back to the first bend. Start with the right side first. Then the left if need be. Left side (last)
  17. Yes. The Anovos material is thin and in some areas less than 1mm (not good). You shouldn't have these issues with RS
  18. I believe there's a reference photo in my build thread but just in case it's missing, here ya go. Forearm This is not a really good shot of the shin but I can tell you this, if you elect not to remove it you might want to buy two sets of boots because the return edge will eat them up lol
