  1. Decals are fine for basic and EIB, Centurion will require paint or decals that emulate paint. Edit: I'm sorry my response was a bit vague, visit the CRL and look at the helmet section - http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_anh_stunt
  2. Jason you were correct I just elaborated on your info a bit more
  3. Most sandys have them attached to the backpack shoulder strap via nylon webbing and a quick release buckle. I personally use a 4" piece of nylon webbing that loops around the bell strap and sits between the bell and chest to back strap. The other end fastens to a snap mounted on the ammo pack. If you want to go sandy I would highly suggest you visit and read the Sandtrooper's CRL - http://www.mepd.net/crl/ The leather ammo pack seller is Blaster 8266, you can reach him at abailey8266@yahoo.com. NOTE: Leather is NOT required for basic deployment (Police). From the Sandtrooper CRL - #20.AMMO POUCHES: Two or three in total, made of black leather, black or dark green canvas or black vinyl. Worn either at the hips or left shoulder, opposite of the pauldron. HOWEVER, if you plan on going for S.W.A.T. then don't buy a thing until you researched which trooper you want to emulate being there are many differences between them. Edit: Since you have a orange paldron (Sandtrooper Captain) here's the page you can see all the different versions - http://www.mepd.net/crl/captain/ Edit, edit lol, if for some reason the Captain link doesn't work just go the above CRL and scroll to the bottom... sorry
  4. hehe!! Aker, no not personally. I would look at other centurion request threads Though. I use a ROM/FX with Hovi Tip speakers so I wouldn't be of any help.
  5. Hey Andi, the goggles look nice however, 501st basic approval requires the lenses to be flat, dark green in color, these look grey. Keep up the great work. Here's some on trooperbay.com >>> http://trooperbay.com/index.php/dark-green-lens-material.html NOTE: http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_anh_stunt Lenses are flat material, green in color, sufficiently dark enough to obscure the costumer's eyes.
  6. Congrats YessRam welcome to EIB!!! :happy and cheerful birthday: Fantastic job on your updates
  7. That's not bad, put your belt on and cinch it up, see if the gap goes away
  8. That is one purdy bucket. Looks like its sitting on your shoulders...lol
  9. Well zap a gap is nice for some things but you don't want it to be your first choice, trust me. With the right ambient temp you can continue working within 24hrs with E6000. I know zap a gap is instant gratification however, one mistake with that stuff and frustration takes on a whole new meaning. You're doing great.
  10. BTW you missed a couple spots... look really close Ah hahaha made you look didn't I EXCELLENT JOB!
  11. Newbies, heck even veterans get frustrated and overwhelmed. I'm waiting for my new TFA to arrive and I'm getting butterflies just thinking of the build You're in the right place Victor, we're all in this together.
  12. Looking great Tim. Judging by the quality of your build it looks like your shooting for Centurion. Let me suggest something. Though it may not matter for EIB, it may get brought up for Cent so lets address it now. Your TD clips, you may want to consider re-positioning your upper screws .... .... to match that of the canon TD as seen here Keep up the awesome work.
  13. Breath Scott breath lol Like Russell has stated, upper return edge, lower no return edge however, I have very little return edge on the upper portion either, less chafing, but that's just me. There's quite a few ATA (or other) builders that will be chiming in on your build. Don't hesitate to ask us anything. Follow the leaders, Russell has an incredible build thread for instance, I would encourage you to check it out if you haven't already.
  14. Is it still cookin? This is almost as bad as waiting for the brown box.
  15. Ever since the SW VI it's been ---------- but...now that VII is here -----------
  16. You said patches, what do you have up your sleeve?
