As Daniel mentioned "not to trim more than you have to" is a good rule. If you plan on applying for the higher level of Centurion be cautious, we've had applicants with their forearms trimmed too much and had to tell them to buy new forearms because it no longer looked correct. Looking at yours you seem to be fine.

Copy . As for the thigh upper return edge it doesn't matter either nor canon to have it.

Wrist side no return edge if you plan to apply for Centurion. Elbo edge is up to the individual. As Greg mentioned removing it is a matter of preference. The only requirement at higher levels is the wrist side. Elbo doesn't matter, as you said it's more for comfort.

Shoulder bells should almost be touching the shoulder strap or cover. If you're using elastic up top switch to nylon. Also make sure the lower strap is tight around the bicep holding the lower edge tightly against the bicep.

For clarification regarding the blaster denial. On the Rubies the Hengstler counter and scope are incorrect. There's missing or very soft details on the scope rail mount and "T" tracks, just to mention a few. Centurion is the ultimate level of accuracy without also focusing on interior details. Out of thousands of 501st Stormtroopers there's only 370 Centurions.

Thank you . Since the front has a nice flat return edge and 90% of what the fans will see do that side first. Unless you live south of the equator allow 48+ hours for the glue to dry. It's in the 50s in my area so I let it dry 3+ days. Then work on the back.

No, it just takes a lot of patience and some practice. In my Anovos build thread I illustrate how to keep armor sections straight as they glue. Keeping them straight allows the armor to form in a more circular shape. Thanks for the kudos

So I just finished helping a fellow garrison member build his Anovos TK, meaning I did a good majority of the work. The guy is 6'1" roughly 140lbs and his arms look like this, which is pretty much what every other build looks like I do. BTW, No hot water bath. It can be done .

After roughly 6 Anovos kit builds to date I've never had a problem getting the cover strips on any section of armor to mount flat. I'm not sure why others are having this issue. The armor material is relatively thin and easy to work with. Just my opinion I'm also anti-heat gun on armor, especially Anovos, and especially in the hands of someone who may not be familiar with dangers. Hot water bathing accomplishes the same result with low damage risk.
