  3. My Son says go with Walt's kit ! Here is a link to our build thread http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/28365-fokker210s-walt-80-anh-stunt-build/
  4. OK Guys! Just gonna jump in the pool hip deep! The help that you have all provided has been invaluable to me in my build! Again, many thanks in advance for your consideration! Basic Information Name: Andrew Ledford Legion ID: TK-22308 Forum ID: fokker210 Garrison: Georgia Garrison Mandatory Information Armor Maker: ATA Helmet Maker: ATA Blaster Type: Hyperfirm Optional Information Height: 5'10" Weight: 185lbs. Boots Maker: TK Boots Canvas Belt: TKittell Hand Plates: Trooperbay Neal Seal Type: Darman Holster Maker: Darman EIB Thread: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/34468-tk-22308-requesting-anh-stunt-eib-status-ata-518/ Full Body Front - Arms at side Back- Arms at side Left - Arm raised Left Side Detail My photographer wasn't exactly straight on with my side shot in the above pic and makes my drop box look a little out of kilter... here is a pic better (maybe) showing the alignment of the drop box with the belt. Right - Arm Raised Right Side Detail Action Shots Armor Details Ab / Kidney Attachment Button Orientation Butt / Kidney Not fixed Hand Plates Shoulder Bridge - Back Floating with elastic Shoulder Bridge - Front Glued in place Back / Chest Connection Thigh Pack Attachment Knee Plate Drop Box Back Cod and Butt Plate Attachment Interior Strapping Kidney Plate Notch Right Left Wrist Side of Forearms No return edge Helmet Details Front Right Side Left Side Rear Hovi Mic Tip Detail Lens Color S-Trim Blaster Details Right Side Left Side D-Ring Accessories Detail Neck Seal Thermal Detonator Holster Attachment EIB Corrections: I took the suggestion to further secure my drop box elastics to keep any wandering from happening. I applied a few stitches to strategic points on the elastics and the actual fabric portion of the belt itself in several places. I then topped each stitch with a dab of CA glue and capped everything off. As pictured in my EIB thread, the scope on my Sterling is an M38A2 but I am always on the lookout for the "correct" 40 or 38 ! The Sterling is my "Special Occasion" blaster whereas my Hyperfirm gets the lion's share of my trooping duties! As soon as the new scope is acquired, I will immediately update the thread! Again, I thank you for your time! Andrew fokker210
  5. Awesome news ! I truly appreciate the comments ! I could not have done it without the support of the FISD ! As far as the scope goes, I am always looking for the "correct" model...In my heart of hearts, I have never been able to put a resin copy on a real Sterling ! But, I do have a Hyperfirm that handles 99% of my trooping duties ! I am humbled and grateful to be a part of the ranks! Again, many thanks! Andrew

  9. It looks like your kit is saw cut. If so, you are lucky! Most parts kits available today are torch cut and very rough looking ! But, if you are going the aluminum tube route, it shouldn't matter. Still an awesome looking parts kit !
  10. I believe the notched bicep on the bottom is the right and the "flared" one you have pictured at the top is the left bicep.
  11. I remember when you could get saw cut de-mils.....now sloppy blow torch work is the norm. Eager to see this project completed ! Hard to beat the real thing !
  12. Many thanks Clamps ! I must say, it was your own build that was my primary influence in getting this done ! I learned many lessons along the way which will hopefully be of value as I am just starting my own ATA armor. Wish me luck !
  13. Just checking the fit after seven months.....he couldn't be happier !
  14. Thought you guys might be interested in seeing this.... The 501st Georgia Garrison invited my son to march with them yesterday in the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Christmas parade. He was super stoked and had a great time ! Many thanks to Walt ! This mini TK was a hit !
  15. Some pics of his trooping debut..... Trooping is serious business !
  16. Another fit test....still tweaking a few areas for ease of movement. Reaching the home stretch with just a few things left to do (thigh pack, cap strips, etc.) Little sister had to try out the helmet and blaster....she will grow into it ! Real happiness comes in many forms.....this is one of those forms !
  17. Awesome work, my friend !! The little man wears it well !
  18. I've been on vacation with my family for the past week so the build had to wait ! I got home this afternoon and found these waiting for me....the Walt 80% scale decal set from Trooperbay ! Immediately got to work and this is the result....I'm very pleased and my son is going nuts ! Nearing the finish line !
