Round 2 of touch ups and cleaning up. Its a tad imperfect, but then again thats the whole point right?
I am no painter by any means, I have never painted a model in my life until this armor build. How does it look?
First round of cleaning up and touching up. Along with gluing the central ab button plage. Still a work in progress, but getting close
I apologize for the lack of lighting, just trying to at least capture the outlining of the buttons thus far.
I was saying it may be best to use those on the other belt. Should have had 2 belts come with your kit. I have extras of the recessed covers if you'd like them. Just pay shipping and their yours

Found this for the speed rivets. Yes you get a whole 100 of them, but its only $11 before shipping. Id be interested in splitting these if your interested
Heres my first coat of testors paint. A little rough right now, but I will be using paint thinner to clean it up tomorrow, just like I did with my helmet.
Also painted my side rivets
With your kit, ya shoulda gotten two belts. One with a resessed area for the raised rivet hiders, and another with just pre marked dimples. Just use the other belt
I know I know! Ill have to rebuild my armor budget first lol.
Ill be awaiting that Centurion submission with that armor Steve!
Great work on that craftsmanship to both Walt and Steve! Looks amazing!
Just because it has recessed rivet hiders(the 3 square buttons on the belt at the ends and the middle). Its perfectly fine for basic approval and MAYBE EIB, but its not "screen accurate" and probably would deny a Centurion request. I have seen EIB approvals with others using that belt though
