  1. Always them shoulder bells Might look into bending my shoulder bells inward more to close the gap. Thanks
  2. You are right Mathias. I had the biceps strapped to the forearms before. Took them off because when I would bend my arms, it would pinch me pretty good. Due to my short arms....I can put the straps back on to make it have less gap. thanks

  4. This is insane, had to share it with everyone! Exciting http://makingstarwars.net/2014/07/original-armor-sculptor-star-wars-joins-star-wars-episode-vii-production/
  5. Most likely it needs to be re-uploaded again. Possibly crashed due to many downloads? It won't download for me either, "stormtrooper" one wont. Others download fine
  6. You've made some great decisions on your shopping. Keep it up. Very Organzined.
  7. Aaron, so pretty much it is possible to bring the gloss back into ABS after using sandpaper? The paste is off my right hear, its just a bland unshiney white from the sand paper. Thought I was the only one that screwed up. Could you suggest the brand of sandpaper to buy. please. thanks.
  8. Its like icecream on a sunny day. Not too runny, not too thick.
  9. I applied abs paste for the 2nd time of my build to cover all the repairs that came along, when trimming. For my shims, My abs paste ate up my kidney pretty bad, its literally driving me up the wall. As for my right ear, I tried to add abs paste to it as well, once I sanded it down, it started to eat up some of the plastic on it. Can someone please tell me what to do so this won't happen again. Novus isnt really working to get the gloss looking back. Thanks Brenton
  10. As what Steve said, it is a Great Kit to start off with. An owner of AP, myself. Good Decision.
  11. Ive done it! Just grabbed some scrap wire out of a AC Unit from the inside. Got a pipe to roll it on so it will twirl. I had made sure it had some coil in it so when it was rolled on the tube, it stayed in that position. Thats how I did mine. In the movies, some had it and some didn't have the wires.
  12. The shims in my application are ABS. I tried bending it, but its quite hard to do that
  13. The shims that are already on my Tk are ABS. I could just take them apart and boil it, I guess.
  14. After having your side shims glued and reinforced by a for sale sign behind the shims....what tool do I use to curve my shims so it will construct the shape to match my kidney. I do have a sealing iron as well a heat gun. Which one is better to use. After I curve my shims, then I will apply my abs paste. Just wondering. They stick out in my EIB SUBMISSION.
