Thanks guys. It's 2mm over 7 1/2inches. I'm going to chim 1 mm off both side of the pipe. Then move the clips to right by the ends caps. Thanks Brenton

On my Thermal detonator, it came untrimmed when it arrived. I trimmed both end caps and outing for the canister. After having it fully put together, I came across the whole TD being too long. Has anyone ran into this problem? was I supposed to trim the tube a little? Now the end caps do look a little funky, maybe had trimmed too much off of them. Here it is.

I did measure my TD today its actually a little longer than the 7 1/2 inch limit. I will look into trimming a little of both ends of the pipe, to get the clips closer to the end caps. Good eyes Jason

Matt & Jason I appreciate your feedback on my kit. Rounded up some slotted screws to put on my TD today. As for the shoulder bells, Im going to reposition my snaps inside my bells. Making them off centered to pull them closer to the chest. The close up shots for my left and right side kidney, I went ahead to retake the pictures. For the bumps on my ears, I will repaint them tonight and retake those pictures later on. Great Eyes my friends! Thank you again on helping me find the best solutions for me to fix it up. The Gaps in between the kidney and ABS, I have started to make my approach on making my shims. I have a sheet of ABS matching the color of my AP, I have the cutouts of the shims for both sides. The Question is, Do I create create a return edge on the shim to bend in? I was going to hold my shim with velcro or for sale sign material, which one is better? After putting it into place, Im going to make ABS paste, to cover the crease, then sand it, polish it with Novus.
