  8. YES! definately do research on the armor...I didnt have any afiliation to the 501st when I takled my first armor, I did allot of research on other TK's pages and It was just like having a friendly 501st member right there with me when I put it all together...and please take your time.

  10. That bicycle helmet liner will only make my head hotter...I am an ultra endurance athlete and have thousands of hours using such items...I only will use these to keep my head warm, and it never really kept the sweat out of my eyes...but thats just my head, everyone's is different

It looks great! yeah, when I got my armor I had no help also...but I did read about warming the plastic to get a more form fit, unfortunately at the time I didn?t have the money for a torch (Spent it all on the armor) so I used one of my stove stop burners...I ended up over heating the plastic and subsequently warping it ...But it was the bottom part of my left thigh piece, so the messed up part could be concealed by the left calve piece plate...oh well, lessoned learned I guess
