    Also what worries me somtimes is that my armor would be to tight and cause cracks,check that situation.

    Yes definately deal with this problem from the inside of the armor.

    Try a headset, your mics are to close to the fans and that is how they pick up that sound.

    i use a hockey bag, but i don't put my bucket in there though.

    If you could post pics it would help, most glue removal solvents are very strong and could melt the armor, because it is meant to disolve what it is put on. Make sure it is not a real problem because you don't want to ruin it and start from scratch and learn an expensive lesson.

    i used e6000 to hold mine in place.

    great idea but i have heard of troopers losing there detonator during troops and i even heard of some getting stolen right off there belt if you don't have a handler.
