I sanded mine down and then washed it in warm water and fairy liquid, then left it outside "on the ground" less distance to fall!!! Painted with few coats of silver then black...looks great!!!

Same sort of problem here Nathan...i Trooped at the SW Concert...felt great but when i saw the pics i thought How fat am i!!!! Didn't stop the peeps from taking pics...maybe because they naver saw a fat Trooper before. Anyway iv'e got myself a cycle and plan to use it ti get to and from work...off to Florida in September so there's another insentive for me btw i'm 6'2 and about 250 pounds

Has anyone used shims on their forearms before??? Iv'e got some but can't decide the best way to do it...any ideas/pics???

Hay Andy Have a look at this, i'm the Trooper on the left my mate Adam (Adoo) is 6' 3" and i'm 6' 2" iv'e put on a few pound's but it fits me ok...next DIET ---------- Honestly if you have the shims right then your good to go!!

Iv'e actually got pretty large forearms that's why mine are elcroed on one side..

Did a little troop today but when i was suiting up i noticed that my forearms were a little tight, i managed to close them but a few hours into the troop they started to open up So i was wondering if anyone had the same problems and what they did to fix it..ie Shims...also pics would be great!! btw my forarms are velcroed one side.

Just love this ride even if it is quite old, we all managed to ride it a few times over the last two weeks. When i asked a few "Cast Members" about the make over they appeared shocked and said that they knew nothing about it!! But they said that it was about time!!

I use canvas "from Firebladejedi" and velcro'd it in place.

I'm expecting a new holster soon and it's going to be secured by popper's not loops around the belt but i was wondering is there a correct measurement form the top of the holster to the bottom edge of the belt? Whats the other requirements for an expert infantryman?
