    I did another fitting and adjusted the gaps and snaps w/the chest. I'm still adjusting the biceps..

    Thanks man. Yeah, I did not have the ab/butt high enough for the chest to overlap. This was my first fitting. I'm 6 "2, a little tall for a Stormtrooper but skinny works!

    Still not sure on the helmet but got my padding worked out and love it. I also received my awesome custom TD from TK-4702 (Jess). Great work man! So, I'll be wrapping up a few things this weekend and working on some pics. Stay tuned...

    It turns out the mystery helmet is made of some sort of Polystyrene plastic. Still not sure who made it but it's cool!

    Thanks Joey! The seller had no idea and acquired it overseas. Here's the side and inside signature. I appreciate any help on identifying this lid. I know it's not ABS, or HIPS. It may be some light fiberglass material. I dig it.
