Finally got the major trimming done! Going to start fitting and glueing later this weekend.

A lot of the time, I sweat so much, I don't have to go while trooping. I was in armor for 8 hrs. a couple of weeks ago and I did drink water.

Excellent... Welcome to the Darkside!! Keep and eye on ebay for blasters, they do have some nice ones pop up from time to time. Trooperbay has nice neck seals and lots of other TK goodies, he is a brother Trooper as well, TK4510, Mike will treat you right. Good advice above about the TK boots too. When you have a question, don't hesitate to ask.

Does anyone have some pics of how your patches are arranged on the 501st Jackets?? Just need some ideas since I just ordered one. Thanks in advance.

I had that problem, maybe try a thicker piece of foam just under your kneecap, that helped mine.

I have nomex gloves similar to those but I found mine on EvilBay (Ebay), for a lot cheaper than that, look up nomex flight gloves.
