  1. How do I get in touch with this AJ? I'm looking for a good jawa blaster! lol
  2. I think your build looks excellent. Although I don't think it will affect your approval, your neck seal is not technically a "Hero" seal (as it has no "bib"). Because of the relative unavailability of the correct seals, I believe (opinion here) there is more permissibility on variations for neck seals. Don't get me wrong - I think your neck seal looks fine. But there are some makers who do the actual "Hero" seals - Veedox, for one. I'm sure there are others...
  3. Looking pretty excellent! Might want to paint over/remove thet "L" on the back of the drop box... lol Pick, picky - I know. Seems like your thighs could come down just a touch - the side images show pretty pronounced gaps between upper and lower leg armors.
  4. Nicely done. Man that PVC is WHITE! I don't believe this will have any bearing on approval, but for the look, I believe your forearms could come down just a bit. For some reason they seem high on your wrists... perhaps more on the right than the left. Overall, an excellent build with a really spectacular submission (nice graphics!). Best of luck!
  5. Chances are many of you are afflicted with a similar illness... TK collecting. Any of you know if someone is offering custom buckets/hands/weapons etc. for the 1/6 scale figs (RAH, Sideshow, etc.) to mod them ESB & ROTJ? Cheers, - Andy
  6. But in your TK armor you'd be INVINCIBLE!
  7. Unfortunately, no. It was my drill weekend, so I couldn't. Great shots though!
  8. Got wind of this over at my Garrison site... thought some of you might want to participate. Please read below from Mary Franklin at LFL "Good evening/morning/afternoon: We are hoping to celebrate the worldwide community of Star Wars fans in a special way this year, on SW.com, with your pictures, taken by your local and area landmarks. I'm sending you this email because I believe you are creative and might have great ideas for pictures. Some of you have blogs and websites you can post this request on and share it with your clubs and friends, and we'd love it if you would. All of your pictures need to come with the attached form, signed by you. You can use one form for multiple pictures, but you need to list all the pictures on the form. Here's the easy list: Share this email with your Star Wars friends. Take pictures in your Star Wars costumes with your local landmarks. Turn in the pictures with a signed copy of this form (email or fax) to [email protected], or 1-415-623-1107 (FAX: Attn: Mary Franklin). You can start turning them in at any time. The sooner the better! The deadline is April 22nd to turn in pictures. But we'll start putting them up soon after we get them Be sure to name the landmark, and area/city/country. Have Fun, and May the 4th Be With You! Mary Franklin Sr. Events Lead Lucasfilm" Please shoot me a PM with your e-mail if you want me to send you the personal release form (assuming you can't get it from the upload). 9. Paul - They look great - thanks for agreeing to sell these to me! Can't wait to get them. Cheers, - Andy
  10. Congrats! Welcome to the ranks! I have to say, I was a bit intimidated at the thought of a 6 ft 10 inch trooper...
  11. Congratulations! Excellent attention to detail - really shows in the build!
  12. Excellent! Thanks to everyone for the guidance and commentary. A couple corrections as discussed previously... Paint removed from crotch snaps and rivet Elastic over the back of the shoulder straps (in better position)

  17. Congratulations to you all, and thanks for standing the post!
  18. I know I shouldn't be, but I'M TERRIFIED TO TROOP IN THIS SUIT. Your comments have confirmed my suspicions... it came out so beautifully, I would simply hate for anything to happen to it. And yet the Dark Side beckons.
